Yes. You may submit requests for phrases or themes you would like to see in future collections. Submission of an idea does not guarantee that it will be produced.

You can select an available product through the online shop and follow the checkout instructions. During the initial website phase, some orders may be submitted through an order request form and confirmed by email before payment.

You will receive confirmation of the product details, price, size, color, availability, estimated production time, and payment instructions. The order is not final until payment has been received and confirmed.

Yes. You will receive an email confirming that the order has been received. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent when the order is completed and on its way.

Changes or cancellations may be possible only before the order enters production. Because many products are created specifically after an order is placed, changes cannot usually be guaranteed once production begins.

Yes. You can enter the recipient's shipping address during checkout. Gift notes may be available for selected products, and packaging options will be explained clearly at checkout.

Many MsPatsWisdom physical products are produced through a print-on-demand process. The item is created after you place your order, which helps reduce unnecessary inventory and waste.

Production times vary by product and provider. You will receive an estimated production and delivery timeframe before or during checkout.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information.

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States. The available shipping regions are clearly identified at checkout. International shipping may be added in the future as fulfillment options expand.

Not always. Products may be produced by different fulfillment partners or facilities, so items from the same order could arrive in separate packages.
